DBRS Morningstar Discontinues and Withdraws Provisional Ratings on Crossroads Asset Trust 2022-A

DBRS, Inc. (DBRS Morningstar) discontinued its provisional ratings on the Class A-1 Notes, Class A-2 Notes, Class B Notes, Class C Notes, and Class D Notes that were issued by Crossroads Asset Trust 2022-A. DBRS Morningstar elected to withdraw the provisional ratings as this transaction is not expected to close in the immediate future.
