DBRS Morningstar Discontinues Rating on Auto ABS UK Loans 2019 plc

DBRS Ratings Limited (DBRS Morningstar) discontinued its AAA (sf) rating on the Class A Notes issued by Auto ABS UK Loans 2019 plc.

The discontinuation reflects the full repayment of the Class A Notes on the 28 November 2022 payment date. Prior to the repayment, the Class A Notes had an outstanding principal balance of GBP 5,941,180.00.

The transaction is a securitisation of personal contract purchase and conditional sale auto loan contracts granted by PSA Finance UK Limited (PSA Finance) to borrowers in England, Scotland, Wales, and Northern Ireland. The transaction closed in November 2019 with an initial portfolio balance of GBP 252.0 million and included a 12-month revolving period, which terminated in December 2020.
