Effective December 1, 2022, certain historical loan-level information related to DBRS Morningstar-rated North American commercial mortgage-backed securities (CMBS) transactions available within the Viewpoint platform, such as DBRS Morningstar Market Rank, will also be available on DBRS Morningstar’s website, www.dbrsmorningstar.com, and can be accessed using the following link: https://www.dbrsmorningstar.com/research/405889.

DBRS Morningstar will continue to make this information available at issuance for DBRS Morningstar-rated North American CMBS transactions, which can be found under the Research tab of each transaction, labeled as [Transaction Name] DBRS Morningstar Analytical Tape.xls.
