DBRS Morningstar Publishes Updated General Corporate Methodology and Archives Appendix for Ontario School Boards Finance Corporation

DBRS Morningstar published an updated version of its “General Corporate Methodology” (the Methodology). DBRS Morningstar also archived Appendix Two of the Methodology entitled “Ontario School Boards Financing Corporation” as this issuer is now rated using the “Global Methodology for Rating Government Related Entities” per the press release dated February 24, 2023.

DBRS Morningstar has conducted a periodic review of the Methodology. This update supersedes the previous version published on March 25, 2022, and is effective as of March 22, 2023. DBRS Morningstar deems the update not to be material and has determined that no ratings are expected to change as a result of this update.
