DBRS Morningstar Discontinues Ratings on Weser Funding S.A., Compartment 2
Structured CreditDBRS Ratings GmbH (DBRS Morningstar) discontinued its A (high) (sf) and BBB (high) (sf) ratings on the Class A and Class B Notes, respectively, issued by Weser Funding S.A., Compartment 2.
The discontinuations reflect the full repayment of the rated notes on the 12 June 2023 payment date. Prior to their repayment in full, the outstanding principal balances of the Class A and Class B Notes were EUR 726.7 million and EUR 52.6 million, respectively.
