DBRS Morningstar Assigns Rating of BBB (high) with Stable Trends to Pembina Pipeline Corporation’s New Issues of CAD 500 Million Medium Term Notes

DBRS Limited (DBRS Morningstar) assigned ratings of BBB (high) with Stable trends to Pembina Pipeline Corporation’s CAD 100 million Medium Term Notes, Series 5 due February 3, 2025 (reopening), CAD 100 million Medium Term Notes, Series 6 due June 15, 2027 (reopening), and CAD 300 million Medium Term Notes, Series 19 due June 22, 2026 (collectively, the MTNs).

The ratings being assigned to the MTNs above are based upon the ratings on already-outstanding series of the above-mentioned debt instruments.

ENVIRONMENTAL, SOCIAL, GOVERNANCE CONSIDERATIONS
There were no Environmental/Social/Governance factors that had a significant or relevant effect on the credit analysis.
