DBRS Morningstar Releases Its August Single-Family Rental Performance Summary for Rated Securitizations

DBRS, Inc. (DBRS Morningstar) released its monthly report on the performance of rated single-family rental (SFR) securitizations for August 2023. The retention rate of expiring leases decreased to 81.9% from 83.7%, while the retention rate of month-to-month leases remained unchanged at 89.1%. The average tenant delinquency rate on single-borrower transactions remained unchanged at 4.1% in July. The vacancy rate remained unchanged at 6.2% in July.

The monthly Performance Summary report provides property-level performance information for all DBRS Morningstar-rated SFR transactions as of the August 2023 distribution date.
