DBRS Morningstar Releases Monthly North American CMBS Rating Action Summary for September 2023

DBRS Morningstar released its Monthly North American Commercial Mortgage-Backed Securities (CMBS) Rating Action Summary for September 2023.

The Monthly North American CMBS Rating Action Summary report provides an overview of the annual surveillance reviews and their rating actions in CMBS multiborrower conduit transactions, commercial real estate (CRE) single-asset/single-borrower transactions, CRE collateralized loan obligation transactions, commercial mortgages, CRE ReREMICs, credit tenant leases, interest-only securities, Freddie K Series or agency multifamily, large loans, and small-balance CREs. DBRS Morningstar has highlighted the North American CMBS annual reviews for September 2023 along with information related to rating actions for individual transactions.

In September 2023, DBRS Morningstar took rating actions on 870 tranches across 68 North American CMBS transactions. These included 837 rating confirmations, rating upgrades for one class, and rating downgrades for 32 classes.
