DBRS Morningstar Discontinues Credit Ratings on All Remaining Classes of FREMF 2016-K723 Mortgage Trust, Series 2016-K723

DBRS Limited (DBRS Morningstar) discontinued its credit ratings on Classes B, C, and X2-B of the Multifamily Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2016-K723 issued by FREMF 2016-K723 Mortgage Trust, Series 2016-K723. These classes were repaid with the October 25, 2023, and November 27, 2023, remittances. These were the last remaining classes rated by DBRS Morningstar. This concludes DBRS Morningstar’s surveillance of this transaction.
