DBRS Morningstar Confirms Credit Ratings on TD Conduits at R-1 (high) (sf)
ABCPDBRS Limited (DBRS Morningstar) confirmed its credit ratings on the Senior Short-Term Asset-Backed Notes issued by Merit Trust (Merit Trust Notes), Senior Short-Term Asset-Backed Notes issued by Prime Trust (Prime Trust Notes), Senior Short-Term Asset-Backed Notes issued by Zeus Receivables Trust (Zeus Receivables Trust Notes), Series A Notes issued by Reliant Trust (Reliant Trust Notes), and Series A Notes issued by Banner Trust (Banner Trust Notes, and together with Merit Trust Notes, Prime Trust Notes, Zeus Receivables Trust Notes, and Reliant Trust Notes, the Notes) at R-1 (high) (sf) following the addition of a new transaction (Transaction 101) to Merit Trust, Prime Trust, Zeus Receivables Trust, Reliant Trust, and Banner Trust (the Trusts) on December 18, 2023.
CREDIT RATING RATIONALE/DESCRIPTION
As part of DBRS Morningstar’s ongoing efforts to increase the transparency of reporting asset-backed commercial paper conduit activity, DBRS Morningstar has also released a transaction summary report providing details of Transaction 101, which consists of a portfolio of automobile and sport-utility vehicle fixed-rate retail auto lease contracts originated by a captive auto finance company operating in Canada.
DBRS Morningstar’s credit ratings on the Notes address the credit risk associated with the identified financial obligations in accordance with the relevant transaction documents.
DBRS Morningstar’s credit ratings do not address nonpayment risk associated with contractual payment obligations contemplated in the applicable transaction document(s) that are not financial obligations.
ENVIRONMENTAL, SOCIAL, GOVERNANCE CONSIDERATIONS
There were no Environmental/Social/Governance factors that had a significant or relevant effect on the credit analysis.
