Morningstar DBRS Discontinues Credit Ratings on NewDay Funding Loan Note Issuer VFN-F1 V2
Consumer Loans & Credit CardsDBRS Ratings Limited (Morningstar DBRS) discontinued its credit ratings on the VFN-F1 V2 Class A, Class E and Class F Notes (the Notes) issued by NewDay Funding Loan Note Issuer VFN-F1 V2.
The rating discontinuation reflects the full repayment of the Notes on 27 March 2024. Prior to their full repayment, the credit ratings of the Notes were as follows:
-- V2 Class A Notes rated A (low) (sf),
-- V2 Class E Notes rated BB (sf),
-- V2 Class F Notes rated B (high) (sf).

The last credit rating action on this transaction took place on 15 November 2023, when Morningstar DBRS confirmed its credit ratings on the Class A and Class F Notes at A (low) (sf) and B (high) (sf) respectively, and upgraded its credit rating on the Class E Notes to BB (sf) from BB (low) (sf).
