DBRS, Inc. (Morningstar DBRS) discontinued the outstanding credit ratings on the following notes issued by OnDeck Asset Securitization Trust III LLC as a result of full repayment:

-- Series 2021-1 Fixed Rate Asset Backed Notes, Class A
-- Series 2021-1 Fixed Rate Asset Backed Notes, Class B
-- Series 2021-1 Fixed Rate Asset Backed Notes, Class C
-- Series 2021-1 Fixed Rate Asset Backed Notes, Class D

ENVIRONMENTAL, SOCIAL, AND GOVERNANCE CONSIDERATIONS
There were no Environmental, Social, or Governance factors that had a significant or relevant effect on the credit analysis.
