Morningstar DBRS Discontinues Credit Rating on Brera SEC S.r.l.
RMBSDBRS Ratings GmbH (Morningstar DBRS) discontinued its A (high) (sf) credit rating on the Class A notes issued by Brera SEC S.r.l.
The discontinuation reflects the full repayment of the Class A notes on the 27 May 2024 payment date. Prior to their repayment in full, the outstanding principal balance of the Class A notes was EUR 2,264,753,095.75.

In Morningstar DBRS' opinion, a discontinued-repaid credit rating action does not warrant the application of the entire principal methodology, as the bond has been repaid in full.

The sources of data and information used for this credit rating include investor reports provided by Securitisation Services S.p.A., the repurchase agreement and termination agreement provided by Intesa Sanpaolo S.p.A.

At the time of the initial credit rating, Morningstar DBRS was supplied with third-party assessments. However, this did not affect the credit rating analysis.
