Utilities & Independent PowerDBRS Limited (Morningstar DBRS) assigned a credit rating of A (low) with a Stable trend to FortisAlberta Inc.’s (FAB) $300 Million Senior Unsecured Debentures due May 27, 2054.
The credit rating being assigned is based on the credit rating of an already-outstanding debt series of the above-mentioned debt instrument.
ENVIRONMENTAL, SOCIAL, AND GOVERNANCE CONSIDERATIONS
There were no Environmental/Social/Governance factors that had a significant or relevant effect on the credit analysis.
