CMBS
August 20, 2024

DBRS, Inc. (Morningstar DBRS) finalized provisional credit ratings on the following classes of Multifamily Mortgage Certificate-Backed Certificates, Series 2024-FRR4 (the Certificates) to be issued by BAMLL Re-REMIC Trust 2024-FRR4:

-- Class A at AA (low) (sf)
-- Class B at A (low) (sf)
-- Class C at BBB (low) (sf)
-- Class D at BB (low) (sf)
-- Class E at B (low) (sf)

All trends are Stable.

This transaction is a resecuritization collateralized by the beneficial interests in the Class D (principal-only) and Class X1 (interest-only) multifamily mortgage-backed pass-through certificates from the Morningstar DBRS-rated underlying transaction, FREMF 2016-K52 Mortgage Trust, Series 2016-K52 (see https://dbrs.morningstar.com/issuers/24477). Morningstar DBRS' credit ratings on this transaction depend on the underlying transaction's performance. The Class D underlying certificate is the most subordinate principal-only class in the underlying transaction. The Class X1 certificate is paid at the top of the waterfall in the underlying transaction. The Class X1 underlying certificate has a notional balance equal to the aggregate outstanding principal balance of the Class A-1 and Class A-2 certificates in the underlying transaction, and is subject to fluctuations based on principal repayments in the pool.

Morningstar DBRS' credit rating on the Certificates addresses the credit risk associated with the identified financial obligations in accordance with the relevant transaction documents. The associated financial obligations are the related Principal Distribution Amounts and Interest Distribution Amounts for the rated classes.

Morningstar DBRS' long-term credit ratings provide opinions on risk of default. Morningstar DBRS considers risk of default to be the risk that an issuer will fail to satisfy the financial obligations in accordance with the terms under which a long-term obligation has been issued. The Morningstar DBRS short-term debt rating scale provides an opinion on the risk that an issuer will not meet its short-term financial obligations in a timely manner.
