Morningstar DBRS Publishes Updated Methodology for Rating European Consumer and Commercial Asset-Backed Securitisations

Morningstar DBRS published an updated version of its Methodology for Rating European Consumer and Commercial Asset-Backed Securitisations (the methodology).

Changes include a clarification of the approach to rating credit cards and revolving lines of credit in the section titled "Credit Cards".

Morningstar DBRS conducted a periodic review of the methodology. This update supersedes the previous version published on 8th January 2024 and is effective as of 22nd August 2024. Morningstar DBRS deems the update not to be material and determined that no ratings are expected to change as a result of this update.
