Morningstar DBRS Takes Credit Rating Actions on Four Credit Ratings from Commercial Equipment Finance 2021-A, LLC

DBRS, Inc. (Morningstar DBRS) confirmed one and upgrade three credit ratings from Commercial Equipment Finance 2021-A, LLC.

The credit rating actions are based on the following analytical considerations:

-- The currently available hard credit enhancement in the form of overcollateralization, subordination (as applicable), and amounts of deposit in the cash reserve account, as well as the change in the level of protection afforded by each form of credit enhancement since the closing of the transaction.

-- The improving collateral performance of the transaction, with performance metrics within the expected range.

-- The transaction parties' capabilities with regard to origination, underwriting, and servicing.

-- The transaction assumptions consider Morningstar DBRS' baseline macroeconomic scenarios for rated sovereign economies, available in its commentary, "Baseline Macroeconomic Scenarios for Rated Sovereigns June 2024 Update," published on June 28, 2024. These baseline macroeconomic scenarios replace Morningstar DBRS' moderate and adverse coronavirus pandemic scenarios, which were first published in April 2020.

ENVIRONMENTAL, SOCIAL, AND GOVERNANCE CONSIDERATIONS

There were no Environmental/Social/Governance factor(s) that had a significant or relevant effect on the credit analysis.
