Morningstar DBRS to Withdraw Credit Rating on PepsiCo, Inc.

DBRS Limited (Morningstar DBRS) plans to withdraw the credit rating on PepsiCo, Inc. (Issuer Rating: A (high); Stable trend) for business reasons after a 30-day waiting period. This advance notice is provided to the market to permit investor feedback to Morningstar DBRS and for the benefit of the users of Morningstar DBRS credit ratings and research. Morningstar DBRS may elect to continue coverage based on investor feedback. Morningstar DBRS will maintain coverage on PepsiCo, Inc. until the withdrawal on or about October 24, 2024.
