Lyon, City of: Rating Report

DBRS Ratings GmbH (Morningstar DBRS) confirmed the City of Lyon's Long-Term Issuer Rating at AA (high) and its Short-Term Issuer Rating at R-1 (high). At the same time, Morningstar DBRS confirmed the City of Lyon's AA (high) Rating of the EUR 500 million Euro Medium Term Note Programme and its R-1 (high) Rating of the EUR 150 million Negotiable European Commercial Paper Programme (NEU CP Programme). The trend on all ratings remains Stable.
