On October 11, 2024, we confirmed the credit ratings of DI Issuer LLC (DI Issuer), its Series 2021-1 Class A-2 Notes (the Series 2021-1 Notes), and its Series 2024-1 Class A-2 Notes (the Series 2024-1 Notes) at BBB with Stable trends. The Series 2021-1 Notes and Series 2024-1 Notes are pari passu and secured by the same pool of collateral: a portfolio of 34 data centers and the leases in place with the tenants of
these facilities.
