Morningstar DBRS Publishes Updated Methodology for Rating and Monitoring Data Center Transactions

Morningstar DBRS published an updated version of its "Rating and Monitoring Data Center Transactions" methodology (the Methodology).

Morningstar DBRS conducted a periodic review of the Methodology. This update supersedes the previous version published on January 23, 2024, and is effective as of November 20, 2024. Morningstar DBRS deems the update not to be material and determined that no credit ratings are expected to change as a result of this update.
