Morningstar DBRS Publishes Updated Legal Criteria for U.S. Structured Finance

Morningstar DBRS finalized its "Legal Criteria for U.S. Structured Finance" (the Methodology).

The Methodology presents the legal criteria by which U.S. Structured Finance transaction credit ratings are assigned and/or monitored. The methodology supersedes the prior version published on October 28, 2024, and is effective as of December 3, 2024.

This publication follows the annual review of the methodology. No changes were made from the version published on October 28, 2024 and no outstanding ratings will be impacted.
