Morningstar DBRS Publishes Updated Common RMBS Rating Methodology

Morningstar DBRS published an updated version of its "Common RMBS Rating Methodology" methodology (the Methodology).

Morningstar DBRS conducted a periodic review of the Methodology. This update supersedes the previous version published on 18 October 2024 and is effective as of 4 February 2025. Morningstar DBRS deems the update not to be material and determined that no credit ratings are expected to change as a result of this update.
