(Morningstar DBRS) assigned a credit rating of A (sf) to the $100,000,000 Fixed Rate Asset Backed Notes, Series 2024-A1 as well as to four $25,000,000 Senior Secured Fixed Rate Notes, each of which is secured by the Series 2024-A1 Note issued by JG Wentworth LIV, LLC to each JGW LIV Holder.
