DBRS Limited (Morningstar DBRS) confirmed the credit ratings on the Series A, Class A Notes of Fusion Trust and Series A, Class A Notes of Clarity Trust (collectively, the Trusts) at R-1 (high) (sf). The rating confirmations are pursuant to the inclusion of a new transaction (Transaction 22 in Fusion Trust and Transaction 5 in Clarity Trust) to the Trusts on April 15, 2025.
