The rating confirmation is pursuant to the inclusion of a new transaction (Transaction 86) to the Trust on April 15, 2025. This is an existing transaction also co-funded by Banner Trust, Merit Trust, Prime Trust, Reliant Trust and Zeus Receivables Trust (Transaction 86).
