Morningstar DBRS Publishes Final Methodology for Rating and Monitoring Data Center Transactions

Morningstar DBRS finalized its "Rating and Monitoring Data Center Transactions" methodology (the Methodology).

The Methodology presents the criteria for which data center securitization ratings are assigned and/or monitored. The Methodology supersedes the prior version published on November 20, 2024, and is effective as of April 23, 2025.

The updates in the Methodology are related to the expansion of the Methodology to the Asia-Pacific region.

No comments were received during the request for comment period.

Morningstar DBRS deems the update not to be material and determined that no ratings are expected to change as a result of this update.

All comments received during the request for comment period have been published to the Morningstar DBRS website, except in cases where confidentiality is requested by the respondent.
