DBRS Limited (Morningstar DBRS) assigned a provisional credit rating of (P) AAA (sf) to the Series 2025-1 Medium Term Notes to be issued by CHIP Mortgage Trust. All senior notes previously issued and to be issued by the Trust rank pari passu with each other.
