DBRS, Inc. (Morningstar DBRS) lowered its commercial mortgage special servicer ranking to MOR CS2 from MOR SC1 for Torchlight Loan Services, LLC, a wholly owned subsidiary of Torchlight Investors, LLC. Morningstar DBRS also changed the trend for the ranking to Stable from Negative.
