Plenary Properties LTAP LP

Plenary Properties LTAP LP is the special-purpose entity created by Plenary Canadian Holdings Inc. and contracted by the Government of Canada (the Crown) to design, build, finance, maintain, and provide IT infrastructure and services to the Communications Security Establishment (CSE) Long-Term Accommodation Project. The new office and special-purpose building of approximately 893,000 square feet is located in Ottawa and consolidates all services previously provided through four separate facilities by CSE, which fulfills two primary functions for the Crown: protection of electronic information and communication and foreign signals intelligence.
