Summary

Master Credit Card Trust II collateral consists of credit card receivables originated by Bank of Montreal. Following an assignment and assumption agreement dated September 28, 2012, the Trust becomes a co-obligor of the outstanding notes of Master Credit Card Trust until the legal maturity of notes and will be the sole issuer of the future notes.
