Woodbridge Finance Corporation is wholly owned by The Woodbridge Company Limited (Woodbridge), which is the primary investment vehicle for the members of the family of the late Roy H. Thomson, the first Lord Thomson of Fleet. The Thomson family is the indirect beneficial owner of and exercises control or direction over Woodbridge and certain other private holding companies. Woodbridge and its subsidiaries own 55% of Thomson Reuters Corporation.
