AltaGas Income Trust began operation on May 1, 2004, as a successor to AltaGas Services Inc. It operates in the following business segments: (1) Power Generation (53% of EBITDA for the nine months ending September 30, 2007); (2) Energy Services (3%); (3) Field Gathering and Processing (22%); and (4) Extraction and Transmission (22%).
