Trans-Northern Pipelines Inc.

Trans-Northern Pipelines Inc. (the Company) owns and operates a refined products distribution pipeline extending over 800 kilometres through southern Ontario and Québec from Nanticoke, Ontario, to Montréal. The Company is owned equally by Suncor Energy Inc., Shell Canada Limited and Imperial Oil Limited and serves markets primarily in Toronto, Ottawa and Montréal. Capacity varies from 10,000 cubic meters per day (m3/d), or 62,900 barrels per day (b/d), to 21,000 m3/d (132,000 b/d) in different sections of the pipeline system.
