DBRS Requests Comments on Proposed Master European Granular Corporate Securitisations (SME CLOs) Methodology

DBRS Ratings Limited (DBRS) is requesting comments on the proposed master criteria for European Granular Corporate Securitisations (SME CLOs). Comments should be received on or before September 30, 2010. Please submit your comments to the following e-mail address: dbrseusmeclocomments@dbrs.com. DBRS will publish a final methodology following the review and evaluation of all submissions.

The methodology provides greater transparency to the ratings process by outlining to market participants the principal criteria DBRS applies when rating European Granular Corporate Securitisations (SME CLOs).
