DBRS Releases Surveillance Report for INDUS (ECLIPSE 2007-1) plc

DBRS has today published a surveillance report for Taurus CMBS (Pan-Europe) 2007-1 Limited INDUS (ECLIPSE 2007-1) plc. The report updates performance for the transaction as of the distribution date statement dated January 25, 2012.

DBRS continues to monitor this transaction on a quarterly basis.
