DBRS Releases Report on Nestlé Capital Canada Ltd. and Nestlé S.A.

DBRS has today released a report on Nestle S.A. and Nestle Capital Canada Ltd. (Nestle or the Company) that provides further detail on the recent downgrade of Nestle’s Issuer Rating and Commercial Paper rating to AA and R-1 (middle), respectively, from AA (high) and R-1 (high). The downgrade followed the Company’s acquisition of Pfizer Nutrition.
