DBRS Assigns Rating to Alliance Laundry Equipment Receivables Trust 2013-A

DBRS, Inc. (DBRS) has reviewed materials related to Alliance Laundry Equipment Receivables Trust 2013-A Notes. Based on such review, DBRS has assigned a ‘A’ (sf) rating to the Facility Class A notes. The underlying collateral for the notes include loans to finance equipment and trade receivables.

The transaction provides financing for the activities of Alliance Laundry Systems LLC (ALS), the world’s largest manufacturer of commercial laundry equipment.

Furthermore, DBRS is discontinuing its ratings on notes issued by Alliance Laundry Equipment Receivables Trust 2009-A due to repayment of the notes. The following ratings have been discontinued due to repayment:

• U.S.$330,000,000 Equipment Loan Notes previously rated AA (sf) now rated Discontinued-Repaid
• U.S.$60,000,000 Receivables Notes previously rated AA (sf) now rated Discontinued-Repaid
