DBRS Publishes Updated Canadian Property and Casualty Insurance Company Methodology

DBRS has today published an updated financial institution methodology entitled “Rating Companies in the Canadian Property and Casualty Insurance Industry.” While the methodology has been significantly revised for greater clarity, the changes overall are not substantive and there were no rating changes or rating actions caused by the publication of this methodology.
