DBRS Publishes Updated Methodology on European Structured Finance Surveillance
ABCP, Auto, RMBSDBRS Ratings Limited has today published an update to its “Master European Structured Finance Surveillance Methodology.”
This methodology presents the criteria on which surveillance of European ABS, RMBS and Covered Bond ratings are based.
Changes since the publication of the previous methodology in December 2012 are the removal of the section related to the surveillance of small and medium enterprises which is detailed in the Surveillance section of “Rating CLOSs Backed by loans to European Small and Medium-Sized Enterprises (SMEs)” published in October 2013. No significant or material changes were made to the methodology. Implementation of the revised methodology will not impact current ratings.
The methodology is effective as of 20 March 2014.
DBRS criteria and methodologies are publicly available on its website www.dbrs.com under Methodologies.
