DBRS Releases Report on BHP Billiton

DBRS has today released a report on BHP Billiton Ltd. and BHP Billiton plc (collectively, the Company) that provides further detail on the recent downgrade of the Company’s Issuer Ratings to A (high) from AA (low) and the downgrade of its Commercial Paper ratings to R-1 (low) from R-1 (middle). The Company’s Commercial Paper ratings were discontinued following the downgrade.
