DBRS Releases Updated European CMBS Surveillance Methodology

DBRS has today published an updated version of its methodology entitled “European CMBS Surveillance.” The methodology provides a general guideline for the surveillance of CMBS transactions in Europe and should be used in conjunction with “European CMBS Rating Methodology,” among other relevant European structured finance methodologies. The key analytical considerations evaluated by DBRS generally include bond and collateral performance monitoring. This methodology, effective as of the date of this press release, supersedes the previous methodology. Accordingly, this methodology release does not result in any rating changes or other rating actions.
