DBRS Publishes Updated Financial Institution Methodologies

DBRS Limited (DBRS) has today published two updated financial institution methodologies as follows:

(1) Rating Companies in the Canadian Property and Casualty Insurance Industry; and
(2) Rating Companies in the Canadian Life and Health Insurance Industry.

These two methodologies supersede existing methodologies dated November 2013 and January 2014, respectively. In each case, changes are not substantive and DBRS has determined that no ratings will change as a result of these updates.
