DBRS Publishes Two Updated General Corporate Criteria

DBRS has today published two updated general corporate criteria as follows:

(1) DBRS Criteria: Guarantees and Other Forms of Explicit Support, and
(2) DBRS Recovery Ratings for Non-Investment Grade Corporate Issuers.

These criteria supersede criteria dated July 2013 and March 2014, respectively. While additional clarifying details are provided to each criteria, changes overall are not substantive. DBRS has determined that no ratings will change as a result of this update.
