DBRS Publishes Two Updated Corporate Finance General Criteria

DBRS has today published two updated corporate finance general criteria:

(1) DBRS Criteria: Commercial Paper Liquidity Support for Non-Bank Issuers, and
(2) DBRS Criteria: Rating Market-Linked Securities.

These criteria supersede criteria previously published in February 2014 and March 2014, respectively. Certain details have been clarified in each of these criteria, but the changes are not substantive, and DBRS has determined that no ratings will change as a result of these updates.
