DBRS Updates the Transaction Summary of Merit Trust, Senior Short-Term Asset-Backed Notes, Transaction #40
ABCPDBRS Limited (DBRS) has today released an updated Transaction Summary report providing details on Merit Trust’s Senior Short-Term Asset-Backed Notes, Transaction 40, which consists of a portfolio of retail auto loans. The update reflects amendments made to the program including an increase to the program commitment and changes to certain eligibility criteria to include an allowable percentage of 84-month loans for new vehicles. Today’s update is part of DBRS’s ongoing efforts to increase the transparency of its reporting on asset-backed commercial paper conduit activity.
