DBRS Publishes Two Updated Corporate Criteria

DBRS has today published two updated general corporate criteria as follows:

-- DBRS Criteria: Evaluating Corporate Governance; and
-- DBRS Criteria: Financial Ratio Definitions and Accounting Adjustments – Non-Financial Companies.

These updates supersede methodologies previously published in August 2014 and January 2014, respectively. While clarifications have been made in these methodologies and each have been scaled back somewhat to remove less important items, changes overall are not material and DBRS has determined that no ratings have changed as a result of these updates.
