DBRS Discontinues Ratings on Ascentium Equipment Receivables 2012-1 LLC

DBRS, Inc. has today discontinued its ratings on the notes issued by Ascentium Equipment Receivables 2012-1 LLC due to repayment of the notes as follows:

-- Series 2012-1 Notes, Class A previously rated AAA (sf) now rated Discontinued - Repaid
-- Series 2012-1 Notes, Class B previously rated AAA (sf) now rated Discontinued - Repaid
-- Series 2012-1 Notes, Class C previously rated AAA (sf) now rated Discontinued - Repaid
