DBRS Commentary: Effect of the Oil Price Shock on Canada

DBRS, Inc. has today released a commentary entitled “Effect of the Oil Price Shock on Canada.” The commentary argues that Canada is being severely tested by the oil price shock, that the outlook on Canada partly depends on whether the shock is temporary or permanent, and that DBRS believes the country is well-positioned to weather the storm, as long as it manages it adequately.
