DBRS Releases Updated Methodology for CMBS North American Surveillance

DBRS, Inc. (DBRS) has today updated its “CMBS North American Surveillance” methodology (the Methodology). The Methodology, effective as of the date of this press release, supersedes any previously available methodologies.

The update consists primarily of minor edits and additional detail regarding small balance transactions. No material changes have been made to the Methodology, and as a result, no outstanding ratings will be impacted.
